Village Newsagents, operating in East Yorkshire, has been sold to first-time buyers, advised by Kings Business, after a successful marketing campaign with 16 viewings and 10 offers made.
Village Newsagents is located in the heart of Hessle, a charming sea-front town that is a short distance from the city of Hull. The store has been a part of the local community of Hessle for decades and has been successfully run under the current ownership for 8 years.

The business was offered for sale as the current owner wished to retire after 8 outstanding years running the business and instructed Kings Business in the sale. Our marketing campaign gained significant interest from potential buyers and was sold to a group of first-time buyers.
