Three Sales In Two Weeks
Our Sales Negotiator, Sophie Wane, has had a busy fortnight in the successful closing of three sales through Kings Business.
The three businesses totalled 24 viewings and 16 offers before Sophie ensured the best deal for her clients.
The respective businesses sold by Sophie were M & A Goga Newsagents, The Diamond Dog Club, and Village Newsagents.
M & A Goga Newsagents is a newsagent and general store with high footfall located within a residential area of Chorley, Lancashire. The property also came with a large flat above the business.
The Diamond Dog Club was established in 2017 and is a profitable dog daycare centre set in the Somerset countryside.
Village Newsagents is a busy newsagent and general store based in Hull. It benefits from double-fronted premises with parking and is situated within a highly populated residential area.
The vendors’ reasons for selling ranged from a change in personal circumstances, other interests, and retirement ambitions.
