Kings Business recently facilitated the sale of Three Horseshoes, a pub in North Yorkshire, to an active buyer.
A delightful public house with excellent food trade, the Three Horseshoes sits in a commanding roadside position in the town of Boroughbridge, York. A well-known business, supported strongly by the local community with a regular customer base and high-level regular passing trade due to its ideal trading position.
The Three Horseshoes enjoys excellent reviews on TripAdvisor as well as regular referrals and recommendations. The venue is ideal for hosting celebrations such as birthdays, christenings and funerals. It also screens live sports events and hosts regular karaoke nights.
The new owner, an active buyer with 20 years of experience in the sector, grew interested in the Three Horseshoes pub due to its location and excellent reputation in the area. The buyer has lived in Boroughbridge for over 30 years. As their first goal, they wish dedicate themselves to overhauling and capitalising on the pub’s outdoor area.
