The Venue and Vonnie’s Sports Bar located in Cornwall sold to a first-time buyer in a deal facilitated by Altius Group.
The Venue and Vonnie’s are a pair of unopposed sports bars. They are located at the centre of a holiday park in St Merryn Park, Cornwall. Both settings occupy the same location in the same property. The Venue operates out of the ground floor and Vonnie’s operates on the first floor. The Venue offers a superbly presented indoor seating area. It also offers an impressive 16 tab bar with an open plan food preparation area for both for eating in and takeaway.
Vonnie’s offers a bar with multiple large screens which screen all major sporting events making it the only multi-screen sports bar in Cornwall. It also includes pool tables, dart boards, and an outside balcony with seating for up to 30 customers.
The buyer, a first-time purchaser with experience in the sector, was attracted to the business by the desire to start their own business.
