SC Hospitality Group Ltd Sells Ramnee Hotel to Private Buyers

Kings Corporate is pleased to announce the successful sale of the Ramnee Hotel, a high-end hotel in Forres, Scottish Highlands, to private buyers. The buyers are experienced hoteliers who sold their previous hotel to take on this opportunity.

The Ramnee Hotel is a well-established hospitality business that has operated in the region since the 1960s. The hotel comprises 19 guest rooms, a function room, bar and restaurant, and is renowned for its quality service and accommodation. Its coastal Highland setting offers a peaceful environment while remaining close to the town centre and local attractions.

The hotel maintains strong relationships with independent agencies and tour operators, generating a steady volume of advance bookings and consistent demand throughout the year.

The sale was negotiated, and the buyer identified, by Jonathan McElhinney, Corporate Sales Negotiator at Kings Corporate. The transaction completed close to the client’s asking price.
