With a well-established depot network across Aberdeen, Perth, Dundee, Inverness and Shetland, the group has become a trusted supplier to a wide range of commercial, industrial, marine, plant and oil and gas clients.
Serving more than 7,000 active customers, Nortruck and Normac Oils supply a comprehensive product range including braking systems, lighting, batteries, filters, engines, chassis components, air systems, oils, greases and chemicals. The businesses work with leading manufacturers such as Cummins, Fleetguard, Hella, Dinex and TengTools, supporting consistent product availability and strong customer relationships across the region.
The buyer is an operator with a clear strategy to build a wider group through acquisition within the haulage and logistics sector. Their appetite for expansion and sector alignment made them a strong strategic fit for the businesses, with the transaction also attracting multiple offers from trade buyers.
