Established in 2008, the company has extensive experience across both urban and rural environments, offering techniques such as open cut excavation, pipe jointing, electrofusion and welding of polyethylene pipelines, ductile iron and steel pipeline installation, horizontal directional drilling, pressure testing and chlorination.
Operating from a secure industrial estate with office space and a substantial yard, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services to major clients including Morrison Water Services, Yorkshire Water, United Living Infrastructure Services and ESH Group. While predominantly serving Yorkshire and the North East of England, the company has also completed projects nationwide.
The sale attracted significant interest, with multiple enquiries and viewings resulting in a competitive bidding process. North East Pipelines Ltd was ultimately sold to a rapidly expanding operator in the utilities sector, achieving a sale above the asking price.
