Naylor Industries Plc acquires D&B Injection Moulders Ltd

D&B Injection Moulders Ltd, located in Huddersfield, was sold to international operator Naylor Industries Plc in a deal facilitated by Kings Corporate.

Operating for over 30 years, D&B Injection Moulders is highly respected for its quality, precision, and reliability, these qualities have resulted in an extensive, loyal and repeat customer base. The customer base is predominately nationwide but does include some exports, this combined with its impressive audited profits and experienced, skilled workforce strongly positions the business in a prime position to offer fantastic scope for growth. It, therefore, represents an ideal investment opportunity for an experienced operative within the sector who can build on the genuine opportunity for future development.

The buyer, international operator Naylor Industries Plc has been in operation for over 130 years, they were attracted to D&B Injection Moulders because of its strong profitability and the synergies it can gain to complement its existing book of business.
