Local Fish & Chips shop sold to first-time buyer

Nottinghamshire based fish & chips takeaway and restaurant, Bentley’s, has been sold to a first-time buyer, advised by Kings Business.

Bentley’s operates from a prime town-centre location in Newark-upon-Trent and has been serving the finest fresh cuisine to customers for over 60 years. The business has built a loyal client base and enjoys regular local and passing trade.

Despite operating at lunchtime, the business has established itself as a reputable provider of excellent food and a reliable takeaway provider. The restaurant can accommodate up to 85 guests, with the takeaway generating an additional profit for the business.

After cementing the business’s excellent reputation, the owner wished to sell and enjoy their well-earned retirement and instructed Kings Business in the sale. We ran a bespoke marketing campaign in order to find a suitable buyer for the business.
