Knypersley News & Stores sold to a First-time buyer
Kings Business are pleased to announce the sale of Knypersley News & Stores to a first-time buyer in a deal advised by Sales Negotiator Lauren Lees.
The business is an independent and licensed convenience store operating from a prime main road trading position in the town centre of Knypersley, Stoke-on-Trent. The store has been successfully operating in the town for over twenty years and remains a heavily relied upon business.
Alongside an extensive range of stock such as confectionery, newspapers, frozen foods and alcohol, the store offers additional services such as the National Lottery and PayPoint, offering the buyer further weekly takings from the business.
After cementing Knypersley News & Stores as a key part of the community, our client wished to retire and instructed Kings Business in the sale of the store. Our unique buyer intelligence and diligent marketing campaigns drew significant interest in the business with 15 viewings and 16 offers.
The buyer, a first-time entrant to the retail sector, has experience running similar businesses within their family. They intend to continue to grow the business, ensuring it is successful for years to come.
