Former post office sold to property developers

A vacant shop premises that was once home to a post office has been sold to property developers looking to expand their company, advised by Kings Business. 

The premises are based in Carmarthenshire and situated on a main road through the town centre. There are a number of other businesses in the immediate area including specialist retail shops, cafes, restaurants, guest houses and pubs.

The three-storey property has a substantial trading space and huge potential to introduce new business opportunities to drive sales.

Having managed the post office for several years, the property was available due to facilitate the owners’ and well-deserved retirement plans and Kings Business were instructed to advise the sale.

The premises were eventually sold to property developers looking to renovate the property to fit their business model.
