Empty store promises new takeaway in recent sale

In a deal recently advised by Kings Business, Brown Avenue, an empty convenience store and Post Office in Nottinghamshire, was acquired by an experienced buyer.

The empty store operated from a substantial 80m² premises on a main road in the town of Manfield. The building is highly visible and accessible to potential customers, with a bright and airy environment internally.

Our clients, Mr and Mrs Randhawa, closed the store and wished to sell in order to focus on their other business ventures. Kings Business’s marketing efforts generated interest in the space, with 4 viewings and 4 offers made.

The versatile space has been acquired by Mehmet Ganidagli, an experienced buyer with interest in the takeaway sector. He intends to renovate the business into a takeaway and believes the premises offers an excellent opportunity for profit.
