Coleman Green Boarding Kennels & Cattery located in St. Albans was sold to a corporate buyer in a deal facilitated by Kings Corporate.

Coleman Green is a well-established kennel & cattery business. It is located in semi-rural Hertfordshire, with links to the motorway and airport. The business is licensed for 60 dogs and 20 cats and covers approx. 1.85 acres of land.

The buyer is a corporate client and owner of several kennels. He was attracted to the business due to its location and is looking to expand his own business.
