Broomfield Post Office, a well-established community post office situated in Kent has been sold to a first-time buyer.

The post office and store have been run under the current ownership since 2008 although the business can be traced back to the 1900’s.

The business has built up a loyal and regular customer base which produces a good level of income each week along with strong profit margins.

The property also has a two-bedroom owners accommodation and excellent transport links to the close the sea front and surroung amenities.

The vendor wanted to sell Broomfield Post Office as they wished to retire. Kings were instructed in the sale and our bespoke marketing campaign generated strong levels of interest.

Broomfield Post Office was purchased by a first-time buyer who has plans to continue to run the business and facilitate growth in the future.
