AW Precision Limited located in the West Midlands sold to an international buyer in a deal facilitated by Kings Corporate.

The business, which has been trading for over 50 years, are specialists in precision engineering and the leading manufacturers of punch and die products in the UK and Europe.

The vendors have developed a significant customer base and established key supply chain contacts within the industry.
